Could you provide additional color on what the promo codes would provide? If you're focused on providing a discounted price for a limited time, you can currently do that by updating your price to be lower for a period of time (price updates are reflected instantly).

Basically it would be a one time use promo code that could lessen the cost. If need be it could come off of the 80% developer portion of the price. The idea is to give some discounts to have people give some reviews for the apps, part of a marketing ploy. The promo code could be part of a social media contest, to cause people to sign up for an email subscription etc. the ideas are endless.
