Hi,
my app manager is missing "add an app" tab. Do i need to have some special permission.
I went through all the documentation but could not find any information on this.

Hey Rahul, you need to click the 'Become a Developer' on the left side of http://liferay.com/marketplace and agree to the Developer Agreement. Then you should see the 'Add an App' tab.
