Hi

I've created an app named "Common Storage". First I uploaded a file without a security manager enabled and it got a message it was a bad file. I enabled the security manager and then upload worked fine. Marketplace marked it in green and detected the version. But when I went to submit the app, I got this error

Please remove invalid files uploaded in any of the packages.

Another issue is there is no button to remove the app.

This error message is misleading in some cases - I have gotten this before and it's because for each of the .war files that you upload you must have a specific format for its filename - it must be -[plugin_type]-A.B.C.D.war. Meaning, you must have at least 4 digits for the version number in the filename. Examples:

stocks-web-6.1.1.1.war
foo-portlet-1.0.0.0.war
baz-theme-4.3.4.6.war

I'm not sure why there is this restriction, but renaming your .war files should make it work. Hopefully we can sort this out in the near future.

Another issue is there is no button to remove the app.

I believe this is being worked on for an upcoming Marketplace update, so stay tuned!

Hi

Mi file is named CommonStorage-portlet-6.1.1.1.0.war . I think the problem is related to the previous upload of an unaccepted war.

Besides delete app action, delete file is another action required. If the problem were what you say, I would be stuck: I cannot delete the file, I cannot delete de app.

You can delete the files by clicking the 'Edit' button in the Actions flyout next to the app on your "Apps" tab. Skip to the page where you upload plugins, and click 'delete' next to the offending file. Then re-upload using a name corresponding to my previous post. For example, CommonStorage-portlet-6.1.1.0.war should work.

Yes, CommonStorage-portlet-6.1.1.0.war works, but CommonStorage-portlet-6.1.1.1.0.war des not.

In a previous message and in documentation says there must be at least 4 digits between "-" and "war". The truth is they must be exactly 4. Not more, not less.
