Visitor Tracking System

Visitor Tracking System manage the entire process of visitor/guest entry and exit details and it will record all the visitor information.

User –

• Create the Visitor request with detailed information.
• Edit and update the details.
• Delete the visitor request.
• Verify the visit status.


Security Admin/User –

• Check the Visitor Details
• Verify the Id details such as Aadhar, Pan, Passport etc.., which is entered by the employee while creating the visitor request.
• Update the IN and OUT details.
• Verify the employee details who created the visitor request.
• Search/Filter and sort the data.
• Download as Excel and Print the visitor list.


Note:

We have to create a Regular Role as “SecurityAdmin” and assign role to any user who can check the visitor details and update IN/OUT timings.
