As I have developed very creative Google Picasa To LR Image Gallery Sync portlet and posted in Forum for Community as per below link.

Can this be a part of Marketplace as it is a new feature and very helpful.

Yes, your thing can be a marketplace plugin. Turning it into a marketplace plugin is something you need to do, Liferay doesn't do it for you.

This is a very interesting solution, of course, it would be great to have it on Liferay Marketplace.

You need to register to our Marketplace third party developer team, and you'll be able to upload your war file. Be sure to check out our Documentation. Make sure that your app is using our Plugin Security Management.
