In this capacity, he supervises Liferay's professional response to our clients' technical challenges. Zsigmond Rab is one of the technical consultants in the Hungarian support team that serves Liferay's customer base for all of Europe and Australia. He is responsible for providing solutions and fixes to reported issues and reviewing the technical aspects of issue handling process. Additionally, he leads the Hungarian team of trainers; his job profile covers training customers and other Liferay trainers on topics like administering, implementing and developing a Liferay portal.

Through his work in and with Liferay he is quite adept in providing solutions related to Liferay portal. His well placed knowledge and appetite to improve his skills makes him a perfect fit to be a mentor arms him with the capability to give help to all those who ask for it.

Adorján Nagy, Support Engineer & Trainer, Liferay Hungary

Adorján Nagy is part of the Hungarian support team that serves Liferay's customer base for all of Europe and Australia. He is responsible for providing solutions and fixes to reported issues. His keen sense and resourcefulness helps him find the simplest solution to fix these problems. Futhermore, he also presents trainings on implementing and developing a Liferay portal.

His positive 'can do' attitude motivates the rest of the Liferay team. His principle guides him to extend help to all those who ask for it, which makes him a perfect mentor. 

Lőrinc Nyitrai, Business Analyst, Liferay Hungary

Lőrinc's Liferay knowledge is multifaceted as he usually plays the role of a mediator between the technical implementation and the business decision layers. He has many years of experience in scoping requirements and technical specification, risk and change assessment, Scrum, and consultancy. His current tasks at Liferay are license and escalation management, technical support, and consultancy.

Máté plays an integral part in the team of developers at Liferay and is also visible in his work related to customer support. His experience ranges from Java to database development; presently he is working on various projects for the upcoming Liferay release.
