This application is a Liferay hook that allows users to connect to your Liferay portal instance with their Github account. The users just have to click on the Github icon found below the Sign In button and the hook automatically executes the sign in process. After clicking on this icon the users will be redirected to the Github authorization page and will be prompted to provide their credentials. If the users are already logged in Github the aforementioned step will be omitted. Subsequently, if they are successfully authenticated, the hook will create a new account in the portal for the users (in case it is their first login) or update their existing account information and will log them in to your Liferay Portal.
