Polls Display Portlet

The Polls Display Portlet allows users to vote for a specific poll’s questions and see the results. Questions must be created from the Polls portlet in the Control Panel.

Although this page says that user's can only vote once it does not explain how users are constrained. Obviously if they are logged in this will work fine. If the poll is visible to guests it appears to use session related information which is easy to break. In real life these polls seem particularly easy to spoof so that you can vote as often as you want.
