Document Library folders atom collections
Document Library Folders is simple atom collection that lists all subfolders of some parent folder. It is named "folders".
Collection URL needs either 'parentFolderId' request parameter or 'groupId' request parameter (for root folder). Everything else is default.
Folder atom entries does not have a content, but instead they point to the files atom collection using 'src' attribute.
Although content is not required, it still has to be provided when posting or updating, due to abdera client. So just pass an empty string.
