Social Office - Copy folders between community pages

I need to share documents between communities. Is there a way to:
1. Copy folders between pages
2. Link pages, so that multiple communities can link to a shared community folder

Sharing documents within community is not possible at the moment because Doc Lib is a non-instaciable portlet and has one instance per community.

However, in Liferay 6 we do have Global Scope content, including documents, so such sharing of documents could be made possible in a future version of Social Office. Can you write down more detailed requirements?

e.g., the shared document is copied to the other community or is just linked; do the recipients have rights on the document? Etc.
