Unable to create liferay 62 portal instance

Hi All,

we are recently migrated from tomcat 7 to tomcat 8.0.4 and now I am able to create instance before migration using below properties :

shard.selector=com.liferay.portal.dao.shard.ManualShardSelector
shard.available.names=default,one
shard.default.name=default
spring.configs=\
META-INF/shard-data-source-spring.xml,\

Here primary company id will have 2 entries one for primary another one for secondary instance.everything working as expected before migration (tomcat7+liferay 62)

Same thing I am unable to create a instance after migration (tomcat 8.04 +Lifreay 62)
As per my observations along with primary company table secondary table also have entry with different company id for secondary instance as it has to be created only primary company table not in secondary company table.

we are using liferay6.2 SP 20 EE where instance issue from liferay ask them to provide hotfix for instance creation If your using liferay EE.

Alternative approach :
Install liferay sp 17 +fixpack 136 where instance issue has not there but problem with this installation we are unable to get control panel server administration bcz of jsp exceeds limit error, To resolve this will request hotfix from liferay on top of liferay fixpack 136.
