Iframe portlet behaviour

Hi all,

I have developed a application using liferay and i have to open up an external url in an iframe. I decide to use iframe portlet which resides in liferay but i need few clarifications on that

1. Will this allow the site to render even if the third party cookies are disabled?
2. How to set the url dynamically to the iframe portlet while the portlet is rendering?
