User needs to change theme of admin configured pages

Hi All,

We have a new requirement like

1. Admin will configure all the pages with required portlet.
2. When new user register in to portal they can see the admin configured pages.
3. Here the user have a provision to change the theme at the user level.

So i am just worried about how new user can change themes of the admin configured pages.
Is it possible? Do i need some modification in liferay table structure?
