Changing session timeout without restarting the Environment?

Hi

We are using Liferay 6.2 and I was wondering since I'm currently implementing a User Management module. Is there a way to set session.timeout with new dynamic values without the need for Liferay to restart for it to be implemented in the environment?.

I've already tried editing the session timeout in web.xml manually but it still need a restart for it to be implemented
