Getting action url from web service

Is it possible to get action url in REST services using PortletURLFactoryUtil?

LOL, yeah, it is what it is though.

I mean, I'd have to go through all of the details about how when you are in the scope of a REST http service handler you're not even in a portal-based context so somehow getting a portal action URL is not even on the same continent...

But the simpler answer just seemed better.
