Deploying XWiki 3.0 portlet to Liferay 6.0

Hello, has anyone experience with using XWiki (3.0) as a portlet in a Liferay portal (6.0)?

When deploying the Xwiki WAR into Liferay, I get the message

... HotDeploymentException ... Error registering portlets for xwiki-enterprise-web-3.0 ...
Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: 
com.xpn.xwiki.web.XWikiPortlet cannot be cast to javax.portlet.Portlet

(Of course XWikiPortlet implements the Portlet interface)

just quick idea - does the war contain portlet.jar - portlet specification? If so, try to remove it. It should help.

Did you have any luck getting this to work in Liferay? I'm looking for a wiki/KB solution for liferay and this seemed promising...
