Recover Stopping state of the module in liferay 7 ?

Hi,
When i am deploying a modules .some time module goes to Stopping state after that i cannot able change a module state.

Once any module in Stopping state.
Mandatory: I have to restart a server.

Is there any way to recover a module once it reaches to Stopping State.

How are you trying to change the state?

Did you try starting the module in gogo?

Do you have something funky going on when your module unloads that causes it to stop responding?

I have tried with gogo shell ?
Even i have try to remove the .jar file (OSGI>modules).
Even though gogo shell shows module in stooping state.
or
Is their any way remove the module from OSGI
