Liferay create URLs and uses the plus character to represent spaces
http://localhost:8080/documents/10184/0/image+sample+1
I want to use %20 instead the "+" to read as follows:
http://localhost:8080/documents/10184/0/image%20sample%201
I would like to know if there is a way to change this behaviour through the portal or I have to create a hook to implement this functionality.
