Hello all,
I got some weird tickets from users claiming the asset publisher isbroken after opening an attachment in the published entry.
Steps to reproduce:
- add asset with attachment.
- click on title of asset in asset publisher to view its details.
- open/download attachment in ANY Browser (I confirmed this bug in edge, firefox and chrome)
- try to use back button to return to asset publisher overview
Expected: asset publisher portlet returns to main overview (begin state)
Actual: NOTHING happens. It is as if the javascript is not triggered behind the back button.
If we refresh the page using F5, we can use the back button to return to the overview as expected.
Can anyobdy please tell me the cause of this problem or how to fix it?The asset publisher is on the most important portlets in our company and this problem causes me a lot of heat at the moment...
Anybody familiar with this problems? I attached some screenshots to make the problem as crystal clear as possible
