Upgrade Liferay JSF project From Liferay 6.1.1 to Liferay 7.0

Hello,

I have one Enterprise application developed using Liferay 6.1.1, Primefaces 3.4 and Java 6 and MySql. I want to upgrade it to Liferay 7.
I have 50+ portlet plugins. 4 hook plugins, 2 themes and 1 ext plugin developed in Liferay 6.1.1. Our Application contains a huge amount of data as well.

Initially, I have tried to upgrade our existing plugins to Liferay 7 plugins. But it was giving too many errors.
Can anyone please suggest which is the best and easiest way to upgrade our enterprise application and how to upgrade our database.

Anyway we can help in this forum category (JSF) only with Liferay Faces projects. In other cases, please open a thread in other more suitable forum.
