Password Policy and LDAP users

Hello,
I am using Liferay 6.2.
There are two type of user in our liferay portal - LDAP users and common users created via Control Panel > Users and Organization > Add (user).
We also using Password Policy with Expiration Enabled. This cause the problem we don't want the Password Expiration Setting to be applied to LDAP users. But once enabled it is applied for both type of users.
Is it possible to apply Password Policy for common users only?

PS. To use LDAP Password Policy is not suitable for us as well we want create custom liferay password policy.
