unable to add liferay 7 plugin sdk in eclipse mars ide

Hi, I am new to Liferay and facing a problem with Liferay IDE configuration. I downloaded the Liferay IDE with Eclipse Mars.2. I had configured the Liferay 7 tomcat server and tried to add the plugin sdk for portlet development, but no luck. I was unable to find the option "Installed Plugin SDK" in Windows > Preferences to add the plugin sdk file. Please let me know what am missing here.
