Updated norwegian translation

Finally we have found the time to commit our changes to the norwegian translation back to Liferay. The jira issue is here: http://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-15057

The file is UTF-8-encoded, but to be absolutely certain I have used unicode hex on all special norwegian characters. This is something we allways do on our internal projects in case someone messes up the encoding, but if this for some reason is not wanted I can easily revert this particular change.

Hi Kyrre,

I just went through your translation and saw the unicode hex characters. We don't have anything against them, but I would prefer (if you don't mind) if you could send us the file without these characters for two reasons:
- It should be easy to understand and maintain.
- Consistency with the rest of the language.properties files

If you can't do it we will use the current file but it would be great if you could send us the file without the unicode characters.
