Randomly blank page after ntlm login

Hello,

I am facing a problem since the production launch of our Liferay.
Users have as their browser home page that redirects to login form:
http://localhost/c/portal/login?p_l_id=20447

NTLM is enabled; users are connected to the arrival on the Liferay.

Most of the time this works well but sometimes some users have a blank page instead of the redirection to the Liferay home page.
I have nothing at all in the logs showing me any problems.
How can I diagnose and solve my problem please?

Users IE10
GA3 Liferay 6.2 CE - Windows 2008 R2 with 8GB RAM 4 CPU

Tell me if you have trouble understanding me, French aren’t known to be strong in English ...
