Liferay Portal 5.2.x Service Mode on Windows X64 OS

Recently , I start portal on Windows 2003 x64 , and the CPU is Xeon .
I download the binary , but it has some problem when starting up.

I also use the binary files at procrun SVN, but the memory is limit at 1024 MB?

Does there has solution for Xeon CPU or I miss some configuration?
