What are the Required Software to start to work on Liferay

Hello all,

i am very new to Liferay framework,and till the date i have only worked on Eclipse IDE and worked on J2EE.

I want to learn Liferay Portal,and want to make some demo portal.
can you please tell me the required web-server,IDE,softwares & all required installation stuff to get started with Liferay with j2EE standards.
