Forgot Password email notification..

Hi All,

I'm having trouble generating emails for 'Forgot Password' notification when I use any other database apart from hypersonic.

I tried following cases...

1) portal-ext.properties modified to have mail configuration
2) Started liferay with default database, logged in as admin, added a new user
3) Clicked on 'Forgot Password'... this process sent email with new password to the email address.

Now, I stopped liferay server
4) portal-ext.properties modified to use MSSQL server
5) Restarted server; authentication etc.. working fine
6) Added a new user, and verified database. all fine...
7) Now, I clicked on 'Forgot Password'... password is changed (my old password is no more valid also, I verified at database level) but, no email sent.

I tried this multiple times by changing various configuration parameters... no luck.
Also, I'm not sure how to enable debug/trace for mail process on liferay.

Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
