tagging & categorizing through sync

Is there a way to include tags and/or categories along with content that is being submitted via sync?

No, this is currently not possible. Can you describe your use case with tags/categories?

Take a photo on my mobile device; tag/categorize it; use Sync on mobile device to submit it to Liferay, already tagged.

I'm not sure if I can/how to log in to liferay issues, but I will say that if this feature was there, it'd be really useful for me too.

Thanks Dennis. I’d agree that this is probably much more useful for mobile, esp in the context of snapping pictures and applying tags at upload time.
