Hi, we are using Liferay 5.2.3 and I installed the latest version of the chat portlet from here:

The portlet deployed but is displaying the message "Chat is temporarily unavailable". In the server log we are getting the following errors on page load:
16:06:39,255 ERROR [[jsp]] Servlet.service() for servlet jsp threw exception
com.liferay.portal.kernel.bean.BeanLocatorException: BeanLocator has not been set
16:06:39,260 ERROR [[1]] Servlet.service() for servlet 1 threw exception
com.liferay.portal.kernel.bean.BeanLocatorException: BeanLocator has not been set
I saw this forum post on beanLocator issues:

But I see the correct listener class in the chat portlet's web.xml already. Is there something else that needs to be done to configure the chat portlet for Liferay 5.2.3? Or is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot?
