Mi Name is Luis Eduardo Barreto Santamaria, i am a system engineering from Bogota - Colombia , I am using CMS liferay that develop a personal project.
i would know more about management and properties form liferat 6.2

Welcome, Luis. For management and properties, I'd start with the Liferay Documentation as it will be a good starting point.
