how to upload file using webservices

Hi,
I am getting Error while executing the below web services(I am using portal 6.2)

1) go to http://localhost:8080/api/jsonws

2) Find DLAPP

3) Under DLAPP click on 2nd one "add-file-entry"

after filling all the values and click on invoke

Here I am getting error like below

"No JSON web service action with path /dlapp/add-file-entry and method null for /"

can any one tell the above problem ASAP
