Hi,

I want to create role which is authenticate only to access one page of my site. And allow to publish WCD only.
Is this posssible.

1. You need to create page and role.
2. Go to site administration for that page you created in LR control panel.
3. Set the permission view for the role which you want to have.
4. Done.

I am working on another portal and its very simple.
you create role and assign permission on page level and portlet level, but in liferay 6.2 i am not finding anything that i manage permission on page level or portlet level for a role.
If you go to manage role on page level how do you make restrictions.

Once you add the portlet into your page you can click on the settings icon of the portlet. You will be able to configure the role permission for the portlet.

For the pages also you have pages displayed in your site configuration. Select the page you want to configure. You will see the roles and permissions for the same.
