"liferay-ui:custom-attribute" pre-load values

I'm using "<liferay-ui:custom-attribute>" type multi-select.

I'd like to pre-load the data automatically when the page loads without the need to use Javascript.
Is it possible?

Operation similar the "<spring:form>" using ModelAttribute, example: "<form:select path='${list}' />" which automatically selects some data in the list
