how will apply hooked jsp on theme

if i hooked the create_account.jsp then after build how will apply on theme,

It will have no effect. The create_account.jsp file does not have any css/theming in it, that is deferred to the theme. So you can change the jsps (either your own or Liferays) w/o worrying about what the theme has.
