Custom Workflow In Liferay

Hi friends,

In liferay single work flow approval is available

.But my task is to create custom workflow using xml file

.For Example Guest publishing Some web content .Instead directly going to Adminstrator . It need to be reviewed by the mediator(Another User).After his approval only the content need to go to admin.Friends so please throw some ideas regarding these task .Thanks Advance
