Forgot password url is not working

Hi,

I configured email notification and when I clicked the Forgot password, it open the form and I filled & I received the Password reset URL - http://hradmin.in.pepperl-fuchs.com/web/employee/c/portal/update_password?p_l_id=40226&ticketKey=fffc8841-d613-426f-91f5-a9fbb5adca03


when I click the URL its going to login page. Please help me to solve this issue.

such scenario can happen when ticket associated with ticketKey would expire!

That's an old bug that has been long ago resolved. I'm pretty sure it was fixed in 6.1.1 but not 100% certain.
