Web Dev is not Working in windows xp

Hi all

Web Dev is not Working in windows xp ?

But its get connected with third party tool like cyberduck , GoodSync Explorer like that . but default xp mapping has problem . checked in xp sp2 and sp3 .

we had installed Webfldrs-KB907306-ENU also . but still its not connected..

we are using liferay-plugins-sdk-6.1.1-ce-ga2, liferay-portal-tomcat-6.1.1-ce-ga2,

Any one can help ...
