Portal Restored Successfully But no images & files appeared

Hi For All,
I am using LifeRay Portal 6.1 Community Edition, i am trying to make a copy of my portal with another database (Oracle 10g) instance.

I done the following:
1-Turuned of the tomcat server.
2-Create an identical database on the same DB server " with a different name".
3- Take an entire copy of the liferay portal to another development machine.
4- Change the database in the portal-ext.properties on machine2 .
5- Run the tomcat server on the machine2.

Every thing is working fine; the pages, web contents, themes.......
But the problem was with the images and files; they cant be reached in the portal pages. even the Files folder structure is correct when i open the Documents and Media in the
control panel (the folders are there withe the correct names and withe there correct files names and number but there is no file ).

I think there is a serious issue while changing the name and moving the files from database 1 to database 2 machine.

Requesting you to map this once again.

When moving Liferay to another server, you also need to move the data directory.

The data directory moved as i moved all the portal folder.
