I dont have aware of how chat portlet works, but tried to get understand some workflow of chat portlet.
But still not able to get in to my requirement as of my understanding on workflow.
I am asking someone to help me some sample code or some help on my requirement.
Requirement:
1) in our case we have two types of user, one is super user, another one is a normal user.
2) super user can initaiate chat with normal user without sending any request to normal user.
3) but we need to set up a condition such that, normal user should send a chat request to super user if he wish to chat .
4) also normal user should not inteact with each other.
please can one help me,, how I can resolve this one.. Atleast some one give me some clue. So it will help move on that direction.
