how to customize css properties of <liferay-ui:tabs> taglib

I want to customize tabs.css file but i am not able to find out the file in the path ROOT\html\css\taglib.

plz anyone suggest me where i can find file to customize the css property of <liferay-ui:tabs> ??

I am working with liferay 6.1 ce ga2 version..

Isn't it just using theme? Try customizin theme by editing custom.css in the theme.
