Content option lost in Organizations

Hi everyone, Im having a little problem (I hope... :S).

This is the case:

I have a portal with many organizations inside, and a global site called MIEM... so, in the global site (MIEM) I have any problem with the content options (look at the green circle in the image), but... in the organizations something rare is happening (red circle)... I can't see the "single image" option :S.

Any idea if Im loosing some configuration... or something Im not doing well?
