In custom portlet how to get the sub page links Dynamically

Hi team,

I am using liferay 6.1 version,

In custom portlet I need to get sub page links dynamically

my scenario I have [b]pageA,pageB,PageC[/b]  

If i create subpage  [b]pageA1[/b]

It will show in custom portlet 

is it possible without navigation portlet....

can any one guide me...

portal-web/docroot/html/taglib/ui/navigation/page.jsp
