OpenFire (Jabber Chat) Integration in LIferay

Hi, guys I want to have Chat Portlet for our liferay portal, currently I am having SparkWeb client with OpenFire Server but seems like it is working for very few concurrent users as I think it utilizes vast memory, I am looking to change client server to JWChat, any ideas on how can I have Chat working with in my portal.

Liferay already comes with a simple Chat portlet. Do you want to replace that with JWChat? Unfortunately, there's isn't yet any information on it.
