Persian messages are coming out as "?????". I just checked the Language_fa.properties for 6.0.6 and 6.1.0 beta4 and the messages are being translated to "?????". Is this a bug with the Translation system? I've already checked to make sure the properties file is in UTF8.
e.g.
javax.portlet.title.85=???? ????
javax.portlet.title.86=??????? ?????
javax.portlet.title.87=??????? ???? ?????
javax.portlet.title.88=??????? ????
javax.portlet.title.8=?????
javax.portlet.title.90=?????
