How can i add new service in Liferay ?

I have Created the Service with Java related classes and build the project and Restarted the server but Server-config.wsdd file is not updating with my service.

Please tell me steps for Creating the new service in Liferay?

I have created the new service in ext env and created the Service.xml file and added new services related Java classes and build the project and Restarted the server but Server-config.wsdd file is not updating with my service. Can you please help on that.

If you have any sample liferay sample portal service can anybody please post the example.Eclipse with ant that will helpfull.
