Iñaki Paz Rey 8 Years Ago Really interesting video and post!!Ive seen that you introduced polymer 1.0 on the presentation. Are you planning on supporting Web Components? Going beyond ... Web Components vs. Portlets? Or portlets that publish Web Components? We are thinking on some sort of Web Component development which consumes REST or JSON-RPC services on the backend and then generate a portlet that can publish a Web Component, thus making liferay the visual integration platform. Just exposing some ideas ...Further more, following OSGI support, could it be possible to generate bundles which include Services to be consumed and the corresponding presentation (static HTMLs + JS + Bower dependencies) that consume those services? We would have a full new level of encapsulation and get rid of the old portlet standards ...Thanks again for your post ... Please sign in to reply. Reply as... Cancel
