Open Social defines a common API that allows developers to build applications which allows users to define their interaction with friends and colleagues. Liferay Portal EE6 includes support for OpenSocial which allows the development of a new category of application called Social Applications. In this session, Liferay CMO Paul Hinz will review the basics of OpenSocial and Liferay's implementation.
