Speaking from Experience – The must haves for Digital Transformation

Room: Oxford Room, Time: 11:50 - 12:20
Hazel Jones
VP, Head of Digital, Mastek
Session Summary:

It’s the little things that make all the difference. “True Digital Experience” focused on removing points of ‘friction’ through Continuous and Iterative improvement to the customer journey. Improving operational efficiency and reducing errors by pre-populating data fields where the data already exists in the backend. Using native mobile functionality such as Touch ID that customers are familiar with rather than reinventing the wheel – achieving this level of empathy with your customer is what builds loyalty and longevity in the relationship. With the rate at which technology is advancing, it is a must that we change the way we think and designing systems that a business values its customers.
