I installed npm and configured npmrc as the docs instruct. Everything went fine. When I run yo liferay-theme everything went fine. However when I run gulp, errors say it cannot find gulp file. This makes no sense because the file is there. Has anyone seen this or has insight on how to fix this?

Go inside the theme you created using yeoman and hit gulp commands. Same errror i was facing earlier but now got familiar that we have to run GULP commands from specific theme.
