Setting up Search and Invite Portlet

Hi,

I'm new to LifeRay and I am trying to set up the Search and Invite Portlet that was made by Neel Haldar. I downloaded the code from http://svn.liferay.com/repos/public/plugins/incubation/portlets/search-and-invite-friends-portlet. But I am not sure what to do next. What do I have to do to set up this portlet?
